You update it. The portal is built to be maintained by you. Rates change, materials change, labour changes. We show you how to update any variable in minutes. You are not locked into the numbers we started with.

Yes. If you are on our CRM from Phase 02 the integration is seamless. Lead comes in, quote request is logged, quote is built, you approve it, it sends. If you use something else we scope the connection at the start. Most common platforms connect without issue.

The AI Price Intelligence layer flags price movement before the quote goes out, not after. If your timber supplier has moved since your last build the portal catches it. You approve a quote based on current pricing, not last month's memory.

Yes. Every quote comes to you for review before it goes anywhere. Add a discount, change a scope item, add a note. You control what leaves your business. The portal handles the grunt work. You handle the judgement calls.
